To begin with we never charge for any investigation. Although rare, any situation where someone is in possible danger especially a child will recieve a top priority. An investigation usually starts with an email or a phone call. After we get the basics from the initial contact I'll set up an interview with those involved. The interview is video taped so that we can review it to set up a plan and because it's hard to capture everything someone says. Some people want the investigation to be confidential, others just want answers and aren't overly concerned with confidentiality. It's completely up to you. We will always show respect to you and your family. After the interview is finished I'll review it and discuss a plan of action with other team members. We will set up several cameras (at least one will have night vision) in the areas where most of the activity has taken place. We will also set up some voice recorders to capture posible EVPs. Other Team members will have assorted cameras, motion detectors, and temp readouts. The actual investigation should last several hours. During the next few days we will review our evidence (if any) and set up a follow up meeting where we will discuss with you in person any evidence we have and our thoughts on your situation. Keep in mind that we will never fake any evidence and while sometimes we may not find anything on our visit, that does not mean that you are not experiencing any paranormal activity. If we do not find any evidence the first time we will be willing to return. We will give you a copy of any evidence that we do find. We will also be honest with you if we feel as if there is a nonparanormal explanation.
